We were looking for a vacation home in Upstate New York. Having Bob as our real estate agent was one of our best decisions. He helped us tremendously in our selection process and was always upfront and thorough when it came to discuss each property we looked at. This was our first time buying a property and Bob helped and taught us a lot throughout the process. He was a very strong advocate for us. We highly recommend working with Bob.

On and off, I’ve looked for a second home in the Belleayre-region of the Catskills for 15 years (skiing, golfing, hiking, escaping NYC – the area is amazing), but for whatever reason, the timing was just never right. Things came to gather a few months ago and my search resumed. I thankfully found Bob Dillon. I’ve dealt with many other agents over the years, all of them kind and knowledgeable, and I’ve seen dozens of houses. Bob showed me several houses and within eight weeks (in the middle of a completely crazed COVID environment) I had closed on the perfect mountain cabin. Here’s why. Bob listened to exactly what I was looking for. Each of the places he showed me (on our first meeting, after having talked briefly on the phone) fit my size/style, location, and budget expectations. No wasted time at all. In fact, the very first place that Bob suggested is the one I purchased. Bob managed the closing process flawlessly. He is patient and professional – to an extent that would be hard to describe.

Bob was there every step of the way. He was straight forward and made sure our concerns were addressed first. He helped price our house out. And we were more than happy with the amount we received for it. I have never dealt with a real estate agent before meeting Bob, but I hope the next one is as pleasurable!
